Prices and currency
Product prices and the final charge currency are displayed at checkout. Our shipping offer is stated in US dollars: free standard shipping on a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts; otherwise US$4.99. If you shop in a different currency, review the converted amounts at checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fees.
Failed or duplicate payments
If payment fails, check your details or contact your payment provider. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. If you suspect a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number; do not send full card details or security codes.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and timing. Payment processing and bank posting times may differ.
