Shipping rates

• Orders of US$50 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders below US$50: US$4.99 standard shipping.

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. These amounts are in US dollars. Where another currency is offered, the converted amount is shown at checkout. Delivery is available to destinations accepted at checkout.

Delivery times

Standard shipping is estimated at 7–15 calendar days after dispatch. Personalized and custom orders require an additional 7 calendar days for preparation before shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery details

When your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after the first carrier scan. Please check your address and contact details before ordering. For changes, contact us promptly; we may be unable to amend an address once a parcel has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If delivery is overdue, tracking stops updating, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and photos if your order arrives damaged.

Taxes and customs

Any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Other import charges may be assessed by the destination authorities and are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs clearance can affect transit times.
