These terms apply to purchases from Miorenza and use of our online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of another person's rights.

Products and handmade variations

Miorenza jewelry is handmade. Small variations in finish and detail may occur; these do not excuse defects or an item that materially differs from its description. Screens can display colors differently. Materials, dimensions and available options are described on each product page. Clearly marked design previews are illustrative and are not offered for sale.

Orders, prices and payment

Please review your selection, customization and total before paying. Prices, currency, shipping charges and any taxes we collect are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Custom orders

You are responsible for checking the customization details you submit. Custom pieces require 7 additional calendar days of preparation and are not returnable for a change of mind. Defects and errors on our part remain covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Delivery, returns and quality support

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$50 or more and US$4.99 below that threshold, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Estimated transit is 7–15 calendar days after dispatch. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery subject to the conditions in our return policy. Please consult the linked policies for full details.

Content and privacy

Store text, branding and images may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping; other use requires permission where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Email marketing is optional and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that order. Future changes will be posted here and will not retrospectively reduce your rights on existing purchases.
