What are your shipping policies?
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$50 or more, or US$4.99 below US$50, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Estimated transit is 7–15 calendar days after dispatch. Custom orders require an additional 7 calendar days for preparation. Read our Shipping Policy.
How do I find my correct ring size?
We provide a free, printable ring size guide on our website with simple step-by-step instructions to help you measure your size accurately at home. Our rings are available in US standard sizes 4–12, including half sizes.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for unused, non-custom pieces in their original packaging. Custom pieces are non-returnable for a change of mind; defects and mistakes on our part remain covered. Buyers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns; we cover it for incorrect items or quality issues. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing quality issues. How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or contact with perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Gently polish with a soft lint-free cloth to restore shine, and store in a dry jewelry box when not in use.
