Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 calendar days after dispatch. Custom orders require an additional 7 days of preparation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in their original packaging. Personalized and custom pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or we made an error.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. To arrange a return or ask about an exchange, contact us before sending anything back.
